Dear Riders, members, family and friends of Port Macquarie Cycle Club. We invite you all to attend the inaugural Mark Magennis Memorial Crit.
Mark was a highly valued member of the club since joining in 2009. He was involved in many aspects of the club from official committee positions, honorary solicitor, organising and running skills courses, traffic controller, photographer, first aider, commissaire but most importantly a friend and parent.
Mark was the go-to for new parents and riders for advice, spare parts and, as there weren’t many tracks Mark hadn’t visited he had many race tips and tactics.
Though the wheels turn, he will be missed.
